With the 2019-nCoV virus having spread across several Chinese provinces and 440 cases confirmed, Chinese authorities have urged people not to travel to or from Wuhan, where the virus was first reported in late December. The central Chinese city was scheduled to host all matches in Group B of the 2020 Olympic women’s qualifiers, with China, Australia, Chinese Taipei and Thailand included in the group. “At the request of the Chinese Football Association, the AFC is now moving the 2020 Olympic Asian women’s football Group B qualifying matches from Wuhan to Jiangning Sports Training Center in Nanjing, in China’s Jiangsu Province,” Asian football’s governing body confirmed on social media. The AFC women’s football qualifiers for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo consist of two groups, with South Korea hosting Vietnam and Myanmar in Group A. The top two teams from each qualifying group will advance to a play-off round to determine which two Asian teams will join hosts Japan at the Games. 0Shares0000Giorgio Chiellini wants help in keeping Harry Kane quiet © AFP / MIGUEL MEDINATURIN, Italy, Feb 13 – Centre-back Giorgio Chiellini said it will take the entire Juventus team to stop Tottenham striker Harry Kane in Tuesday’s Champions League last 16 first leg clash in Turin.Mauricio Pochettino’s side have been in fine form in the Premier League recently, taking seven points from matches against Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal, with Kane scoring his 101st league goal in the north London derby last weekend. “Stopping Kane, just me alone, is pretty impossible,” said 33-year-old six-time Serie A winner Chiellini.“I’m not so presumptuous or arrogant to think I can. I hope the whole of Juventus can stop Tottenham, that is what matters.“One-to-one clashes are important but the whole team will have to do its best to limit, not only Harry Kane, but the ‘fab four’ (Kane, Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen, Son Heung-min) in the attacking area.“We shouldn’t just think of Tottenham as Kane, but as a whole team. They haven’t reached this level by chance.“Tomorrow we want to do our best with great respect and humility, aware that this is the very first step of a journey which I hope will take us to Kiev in May.”Juventus — finalists twice in the past three seasons — have conceded just one goal in their last 16 games and Kane said he was eager to lock horns again with Chiellini.– ‘Dead leg’ –“He’s an amazing defender,” said Kane, who has faced Chiellini before. “My first start for England probably the first five minutes he made a challenge and I probably had a dead leg for 10 minutes.“It was a good welcome to international football.”Harry Kane remembers being left bruised by his last meeting with Chiellini © AFP / MIGUEL MEDINAKane added: “We have to come here with belief we can get through. It’ll be tough tomorrow (Tuesday) night then hopefully we can take them to Wembley and get the job done.”It will be the first European meeting between the two sides and Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri said there is no favourite.“It’s a very balanced challenge, it’s 50-50, the two teams are equal,” said Allegri. “We have to create an advantage tomorrow night and bring it to London where it will be decided.“Obviously I’d be glad not to concede, to end up with a clean sheet.”The Italian champions’ injury list includes Paulo Dybala and Blaise Matuidi, with Allegri admitting he has not yet decided on his final line-up.“We’ll have to see how I feel when I wake up tomorrow, so basically it depends on my alarm clock,” he joked. “Don’t think that I won’t be sleeping, because I can assure you I will be sleeping tonight.”Pochettino boasts a full squad apart from defender Toby Alderweireld, who is making his way back from a hamstring injury.“Juventus is a massive club, its history, they’ve won everything, we can’t compare,” said Pochettino of a side that has been finalists twice in the past three seasons. But the Argentine is hoping to pull off another upset after topping Real Madrid in the group stages.“Not many many people believed in us and our ability to get through. We’re going to be brave.”0Shares0000(Visited 1 times, 1 visits today)

This post was written as part of the IBM for Midsize Business program, which provides midsize businesses with the tools, expertise and solutions they need to become engines of a smarter planet.Neither your dream clients nor your existing clients ever say, “You know, that Joe is really consultative. He’s never too salesy. I never think of him as a salesperson.”It makes me cringe to hear salespeople say that they don’t want to come across as a salesperson. They say they don’t want to be perceived as being too “salesy.” Instead, they want to be perceived as consultative, mostly underestimating what that means of what it takes to get there. Almost none of the people you sell to have any idea what consultative selling is (in fact, most salespeople really don’t know what consultative selling is either). Your client’s don’t share the vocabulary we in sales use to describe that set of behaviors.Salespeople who suggest that they want to be consultative especially talk about the idea of not being “too salesy” when it comes to commitment gaining. This is especially true around the opening commitment, the commitment for time to explore working together. They say the same thing when discussing the commitments that would allow them to gain information, as well as the commitment to access the buying committee. Without these commitments, you can’t produce the results you need. But guess what?Your Clients Already KnowSurprise! Your clients and dream clients already know that you’re a salesperson. They knew that from the first time you called them to request an appointment. And even though the signature line in your email says that you are in business development, your dream clients know that you intend to sell them something. In fact, if they let you through, they’re counting on it.Here’s the fact. You aren’t being judged by your intention to sell your dream clients whatever it is that you sell. You’re being judged by something else, something far more important than that.Your Dream Clients Are Judging Your Ability to Create ValueThe test as to what kind of salesperson your clients perceive you to be is whether or not you create value at every stage of their buying process. Your clients and your dream clients expect you to ask them for commitments along the way. The more directly you can do so, and the greater your sales call value proposition, the easier you make it for your clients to agree to those commitments. You create value, and you get the commitment. You don’t create value and, well . . .As a point of reference, consultants ask for access to far more information than most salespeople do. They also ask for far more access to the organization.Which brings us to the real fear behind the resistance to asking for commitments. Your fear isn’t that you will reveal yourself to be a salesperson. Your real fear is that you haven’t created enough value to earn the commitment you’re asking for. Consultative salespeople don’t share that fear; they know that they can create value, and that is why they’re comfortable asking for whatever they need to do so.Trust me, your dream client knows you are a salesperson. They’re fine with that. What they’re not fine with is you not knowing how to create value and your not having the confidence to ask for what you need.QuestionsWhat does it mean to be “too salesy?”What makes someone too much of a salesperson and not consultative enough?Do your clients have any confusion at all about why you are calling them? If so, why are they confused? What’s the real test as to whether or not you are consultative? What does commitment gaining mean about your ability to create value? Essential Reading! Jaipur, May 30 (PTI) The results of the controversial Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) elections are all set to be announced on June 2. The polling process was over yesterday but the sealed ballot boxes were kept in the government treasury till the High Courts directive. Ram Pal Sharma of CP Joshi faction moved to the court and Justice J S Ranka today ordered that the counting and declaration of results will take place on June 2. The former RCA president Lalit Modis son Ruchir is fighting against senior Congress leader CP Joshi, who has also been an ex-president, for the top post. The election was originally scheduled to be held on April 26 but was stalled abruptly on late night of April 22 by RCA Secretary Sumendra Tiwari as it was believed that Joshi faction was in majority. Rajasthan High Court then ordered RCA to hold the election on May 29. The polling for the six posts as per the Lodha Committee recommendations did not take much time as there are only 33 district cricket associations, who have the voting right in accord with the Sports Act prevailing in the state. Many in Rajasthan cricket circle believe if Ruchir wins, it will be his father Lalit, who will be controlling the shots from his base in the United Kingdom. For past few months, the Modi faction has been preparing ground for 22-year-old Ruchir. Most of the district associations feel that Ruchirs entry into RCA would not help in lifting the BCCI ban and thus they approached Joshi, 67, to lead the fight against Lalits son. While both the factions are claiming majority, the cross voting might change the equations. The Joshi faction though is apprehensive of the State Governments support for Modi faction, it is still confident of a victory. “We believe we have already won the election. We would not allow the state cricket to suffer more,” said Ram Pal Sharma, who is believed to be close to Joshi. On the other hand, Mehmood Abdi from Modi faction claimed that they would be winning by a handsome margin. “We are confident of majority and Ruchir would new RCA president,” he said. Steve Sarkisian USC OregonThe two most successful program in the Pac-12 over the last decade or so have been Oregon and USC. So, it’s only natural for there to be a little bit of a rivalry between the two programs. And there is one, whether or not the players and coaches will actually admit it. The rivalry’s hotness level rose a bit this afternoon, when Trojans’ coach Steve Sarkisian took a low-key shot at the Ducks when discussing USC’s uniform plans. “We’re not going to take the field this year in 13 different uniforms in 13 games this year.” – Sark, taking a low-key shot at Oregon.— Chantel Jennings (@ChantelJennings) July 31, 2015Oregon media relations staffer Joe Waltasti fired back at the USC coach in awesome fashion. The terminal has a 650-meter long pier and a container yard with the capacity to hold 26,000 TEUs, including power connection capacity for 3,800 refrigerated containers. The construction of the terminal in Costa Rica was completed by a consortium of Van Oord and BAM International.According to the terminal operator, the region will attract a very high percentage of the ships that transit through the Panama Canal. The number of shipping routes that reach the APM Terminals Moín is projected to increase by as much as 285 percent. This 100% owned greenfield development is part of the 30-year concession to operate the terminal.“We are proud that the country has trusted APM Terminals with the mission of developing and operating this amazing port. A concession that also brings socioeconomic opportunities to the community, the country and the region,” Kenneth Waugh, Managing Director of APM Terminals Moin, commented. The six gantry cranes and the 29-yard cranes represent a USD 110 million investment and will allow the terminal to continuously perform an average of 180 movements per hour for loading and unloading. These efficiency standards will significantly reduce vessel service times from 40 hours to just 15 hours.
